30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - We work hard to make every customer happy, and hope you will be delighted with every InstyleModern purchase. If something arrives and doesn’t meet your expectations, we will try to correct the problem to your satisfaction.
Damage - Notify us within 30 days of receipt and we arrange return shipping of the damaged product. We will replace the item or refund the full purchase price.
Other Problems - Doesn’t fit through the door? Makes your cat nervous? Reminds you of that unfortunate weekend? If we are unable to make you happy, we will accept the product back for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and returned items must be received at InstyleModern in the condition they were received by the buyer.
Custom Orders - We can accept returns only on stock orders. Custom products are not returnable or refundable.
AVAILABILITY - Most products leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of your order. IF we have a problem filling your order on time, we will contact you and let you know when to expect delivery. You can choose to wait, pick another item, or cancel the item.
